“They look real and very serious until you gave them a try. They will ask you ton of documents to prove your identity until you get tired to do so. They suspended my withdrawals as well as my balance of €5000. “Don't go with this outfit they are racist and been paying me late for over six months they been blaming Barclay card and charging me a arm and a leg for a service I wasn't getting. I was taking pay day loans out until they cleared my money and refused to pay the interest even after evidence shown.Very unprofessional and there isn't anyone who actually wants to help you! “Absolutely awful service, they contacted me offering a card machine for my auction business, at very competitive rates. I agreed and went through all the ID, security checks, they have taken my information, my husbands and all my business information, they have set up the payments and told me the card machine is in the mail and I'm ready to go. Until this morning, when I received an email saying they couldn't provide the service to my business. Nothing has changed, they have wasted maybe 5 hours of my life with the interview, weekly phone calls and emails asking for more id and papers to confirm details. Which I was told was all fine and now they can't do it. After I have been waiting for over a month. Avoid at all costs, the customer service is rude, shocking service.”

“Gave wrong information while signing the contract. Told us that it was 18 months contract or if we sell the business, the contract would terminate. we sold the business before 18 months and now they want us to pay for full 18 months or sign a new 18 months contract with a reduced price just in case if we decide to start the new business. They not only gave wrong information in beginning but now they are selling a product with is not fit for the purpose.”
“Avoid signing up or using them. The do not have any customer service at all, they really are terrible and you don't get what you signed up for and they don't want to sort any issues out . This has been a real nightmare . They wont even supply an address to send the terminal back to !!! idiots who simply don't care

In a contract i requested they send a bill for the term and an address for the terminal i ll pay it and then take them to court, they wont even send a full bill or take the terminal back. Seriously bad for small business who simply dont have the time to deal with them and earn a living. shame on you Takepayments .”
“i wish too i could give them a minus score . I have repeatedly asked them to respond and end my contract and I dont even get a reply . All they want to do is issue you with a new contract . They certainly do not care that the machine does not work and its not fit for purpose . The machine does not work outside and comes up customer declined or arc comms”
“Do not go with them , they have the worst customer service. I have an agreement with them , however, I have offered them full payment to the end of the agreement but they will only accept the payment in monthly payments , as that is their policy. How bizarre , a company does not want any payment up front. When do you call them to cancel , a particular member of their will get aggressive , because you want to leave them. So many better companies then Take payments and at much cheaper rates.”

Sales people are lying and deceiving from the start and card machines does not work as it should.
We have multiple and we can share a truthful feedback.
Constantly freezes and misses transactions along with many other faults resulted in income loss for us.
When you complain they pull out the clauses on how they trapped you on a contract.
Terrible service.
I wish I never chose to go with Take Payments and stayed with izettle who are the best.

BEWARE AND Avoid like anything. Wrote to cancel my contract as per terms and conditions May 2020. Have liaised with Take payments as they are now called via phone calls and emails. After 1 - 2 replies they stop responding and now want to instigate a debt collection agency for unpaid direct debits despite them acknowledging receipt of cancellation. Just do not touch!”
