Avoid signing up or using them. The do not have any customer service at all, they really are terrible and you don't get what you signed up for and they don't want to sort any issues out . This has been a real nightmare . They wont even supply an address to send the terminal back to !!! idiots who simply don't care Like the previous review wish i could give a minus 5 rating. In a contract i requested they send a bill for the term and an address for the terminal i ll pay it and then take them to court, they wont even send a full bill or take the terminal back. Seriously bad for small business who simply dont have the time to deal with them and earn a living. shame on you Takepayments .
