This was the worst customer experience I ever had in the UK. I tried to call them to discuss working with their company . Then someone from their team ( who never gave us their name , I guess it is company practise ) called me and was extremely rude . They asked me about a website for my business, I explained that I cannot provide it now and can send it via email and this person started being rude and prejudice about it . They kept pushing about this website and said things like : ‘ That doesn’t sound right that you cannnot tell me your website now ‘ . I find this very discriminatory ( guess it’s my accent and that I am an immigrant ) and then they just hang up on me . They totally refused to give me their name , to refer me to a supervisor or a manager for a complaint . When I called after and tried to raise a complaint , they just tried to sell me more of their service ( even though I specifically said I do not want to work with them after what happened ) and refused to help me with a complaint as I was not their customer . The final straw was today when someone ( again no names ) called me and again tried to sell me their services…. Such a horrible experience , no remorse , no apologies , no resolution … I am going to make sure this is all over social media , I am preparing a complaint to the relevant authorities as we speak . Do not use this company !
