I was completely misled by a rep from Take Payments named Jennifer W, who came into my business and convinced me I was out of contract with my current provider. She pressured me into handing over paperwork and made big promises about better deals, lower rates, and no exit fees. All lies. After signing up, I quickly realised I was STILL in contract with my previous provider, and not only that – the rates Jennifer promised me were actually more expensive. When I tried to leave, I was told I’d have to pay a hefty exit fee. This company clearly trains their reps to say whatever it takes to lock you in. I feel completely scammed. DO NOT TRUST THEM – especially Jennifer W. I’ve been left stressed and out of pocket. Avoid at all costs.
