I have ordered a boardbag and got a flood of E-Mails regarding the order status and the planned delivery. After a short period of time, I received a tiny DIN A4 plastic envelope in my postbox. In fact I received a foot strap (pls. refer to attached picture)!!? After some conversation with the shipment department of Takoon (The Shipup team) they granted me a new shipment with the boardbag and as a discount the footstrap as a present (for my inconvenience). After 6 days of nothing (no flood of E-Mail with status of shipment) I requested the ETA of my boardbag. The short answer: You have already received the boardbag ...... Please end this mess and help me out with a boardbag as ordered. Merci beaucoup
