“the material is great for such a low price. it took some while to get the pumpscoot, but now it is here. I had a armstrongfoils pumpfoil and could not make it to pump. now with the takoon pumpfoil for beginner, i can go for aroung 100 meters :) thanks tommy”

“i placed my order 3 weeks prior to my vacation, after 18 mails to and fro making sure i would get my order on time, many reassuranced, repeated begging from my side to send the oder without the one part that takoon said was missing, (reinforced handlebar) takoon still sent only the handlebar on time. They never said anything about the rest of the order that was in stock that i begged them to send, they never answered my repeated e mails about broken promises. They said they would send the rest of my order to my vacation addres, they did not and wont reply about those lies and mistakes. If this is what french companies are like then never order anything from france ever”

“Pump scoot pack = Good products. If you want to starte with pumpfoiling. Go for scoot for sure or it's pain as hell. Hope the handles can take and survive all my falls. Like the product. I took 2000cm for my 94kg. Now I know I should took 1800 I think. Shipping is Okey when the stock in France WH is ready. 10 day to Czechia”

“I sent 3-4 emails asking questions (a few PER email) before i would purchase and got ONE response (including only ONE answer). I was not pleased (or satisfied with the answers) with this and HOPED it was just a fluke. I went ahead and purchased anyways. I then sent approximately 3-4 emails regarding my order and or related issues (AGAIN with multiple questions within) and got ONE brief dismissive answer. I never heard anything in response to the latest emails and have therefore GIVEN UP on Takoon. I will admit that the timing for delivery was reasonable and the quality of the items delivered seems very good(albeit a bit fragile). But to lack in communication skills that much is UNFORGIVABLE (ESPECIALLY considering I TRIED communicating with them in english AND in french(since i am fluent in both). UPDATE: i just finished this survey and it makes no sense to me how the only options for "communication timing" only gives options WITHIN a 24hr period OR "MORE than a week"....what if it was a couple of days?!”

“Commande Pack Pump One carbon + backpack ( sac de transport ) Matériel de bonne qualité , les finitions sont propres et ont l'air solide , l'avenir le confirmera ou infirmera . Le seul reproche est l'expédition son coût et son dans le délai d'envoi / livraison , il faut compter environ + de 10 jours si non en stock pour une livraison a 30€ ( peut être le préciser au moment de la commande pour éviter les mauvaises surprises lié au stock ) Service de suivi de commande réactif par email ou tchat ce qui est agréable . Merci Takoon !”

“Bonjour Je suis partagé j’ai commandé une boom et il manque manifestement des pièces pour l’installer sur ma voile. Le service support m’a d’abord répondu mais je n’ai pas de nouvelles depuis plusieurs jours… J’aimerai pouvoir me servir de ma voile avec cette boom ce que je ne peux pas faire pour le moment !
