5 star board, 1 start customer service. Board was supposed to be in stock, it wasn't and several promises were broken. Only after more than 3 weeks the board finally arrived. The Glide V2 5.2 80L board itself is awesome, flawless construction, great characteristics. Planes easy and very early, feels smaller than expected but still has nice float for my 80 kg. Manouvres well, is extremely rigid so it pumps great. Rode it both on flatwater as well in some nice waves and really love it. Great companion to my other 40L board.
