Bought screws which were advertised as having a 72 hour delivery and paid 20 euros for the pleasure. Upon questioning where they are, 3 days later, I was advised they were moving stuff around and that they had not been posted yet!
Could have just told us that they were not going to be able to make the advertised delivery. Like any other supplier would do. Was trying to replace one of their broken screws in time for a trip, and now am left out of pocket.
