My pump foil fuselage broke during normal use, during warranty time.
Now I am waiting since 8 weeks for a replacement. It was promised, appearantly also sent out, but it doesnt clear customs because of invoice problems. (I live in switzerland)
Now the second time they tried to send it, same thing happens and It is again held by chronopost because of invoice problems.
I only get responses by mail (which seem repetative, maybe AI assisted) and no way to get someone on the phone to try to solve the issue.
The bad review? I just think its too long to wait 8 weeks for a replacement fuselage.
