Greedy and unprofessional overall.
The company was doing fine like five years ago and it has been going downhill since Covid-19 started.
Expensive as hell, dodgy prices and terrible choices and now they are milking the customers by having them pay for service fees on top of delivery fees.
The customer service is terrible too, the in-store credit is practically unusable unless you have a credit card, no choice for a cash only transaction.
