Takabat app became almost useless and not reliable especially with food orders. Support is so bad and useless and you couldn't reach easily as they couldn't help with the big problems on operations.
One of the examples my order #1460880271 in Dubai, was cancelled after waiting for 50 minutes without even calling or explaining ... just "sorry order again sir, without resolve".. repeated situation.. I am shifting to delivaroo now
