My experience dealing with Talabat customer care was extremely disappointing. They charged me twice for the same order, and despite multiple complaints (at least 10, 1/2 by calling 1/2 in writing), they continually assured me the issue was resolved when it wasn't. Despite acknowledging their mistake, they have yet to refund me. Their customer service is abysmal.
