4 times always missing things ...yesterday I did my grocery online at 5pm, and at 9pm I received half of my things and the delivery mans said they gave me everything (a lie?)
I had to call the talabat at 9:30pm to prove i didn't recieve all
After awhile they refund me 98aed of missing grocery on talabat credit
I had to do another grocery and waiting for them till 10:30pm
This is not my first bad experience with them
This has happened 5 times before and the delivery men they came they throw ur stuff on the floor and when u ask them something they say "I don't know" and go
Very bad behavior and administration and teamwork.
When u call the delivery man to call where he is he close the phone on ur face.
I think my own opinion to revise the system and quality of service, teamwork, and employees, deliver mens.
If u continue like this no respect between customer and business will stay
No confidence from customer or trust
Never again I go with talabat
