Very frustrating experience with Talabat. After waiting three hours for my order, my account indicated that it had been delivered, but I never received the items. I tried to call the rider but don’t answering the calls. I contacted customer support to report the incident and they refunded my money to the app, they advised me to reorder. I placed the same order with the same grocery store, but this time, Talabat canceled it without reason and
blocked my account. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, their support team has been unhelpful, stating they cannot unblock my account and advising me to adhere to their policies. I want to emphasize that I have not violated any policies; the issue lies with their failure to deliver my orders.
