I made order paid by card. Money gone from my account. No delivery and confirmation. Contact customer service. They told me to order food and pay by cash. And wait up to 7 days for refund. Problem is I don't have money. I ask for some solutions. Credit or discount. Of course. Didn't get it. No solution for problem or alternative way to solve it. I'm hungry and angry with 350eg£ on hold in Talabat bank.
