I ordered grocery from Talabat, from Viva. The moment I opened the chicken breast, it smelt rotten. I contacted Talabat and they called me and said they will call me back. Never to hear back from them. Called viva no answer . Also, their in app chat is useless they don’t respond. Absolutely hate it, they take your money and don’t refund.
