I don’t usually leave negative reviews and I tried to be understanding, but this is the second time I’ve experienced an issue with Talabat’s flash deals. After waiting a long time, the order ends up being cancelled.
The most recent incident was particularly frustrating—I waited for over an hour, the app showed that the rider had picked up my order, and then I received a call from customer support saying it was cancelled. This whole experience makes the flash deals feel like a scam, and I’ve lost trust in the service. I won’t be ordering from Talabat again."
