As a business partner, working with Talabat has been an incredibly frustrating and one-sided experience. It’s clear that their sole priority is squeezing out as much revenue as possible, even if it means walking all over the partners who actually deliver the service.
They listen exclusively to customers, no matter how unreasonable the complaint may be, while completely ignoring the vendors. It’s obvious that their support team is instructed to ignore the partners – every conversation feels like talking to a wall. You raise legitimate concerns or flag issues caused by their own system or delivery staff, and you're still the one penalized.
There is zero accountability, no real communication, and certainly no respect. Talabat doesn’t build partnerships – it exploits them. If you're a business thinking of joining the platform, don't. Unless you're ready to be treated like a disposable cog in their money-making machine.
