I had an issue on June 13th when a restaurant through DineOut charged me twice, and more than AED 100 was deducted from my account. Since then, I have called Talabat support four or five times requesting that the money be credited to my Talabat wallet.
Every time I speak to an agent, I’m told “OK, give us 30 minutes and we’ll solve it.” Afterwards, I keep receiving requests to leave a five-star review, but my issue has still not been resolved until today.
This situation is very frustrating and embarrassing. I am not happy at all with how this has been handled.
