It took two hours to arrange Broadband I was told it would be inserted within 10 days and then only to receive an email stating 20 days, after I had accepted and agreed. I then received emails stating direct debit arranged, date on installement agreed and everything was ok, only to find out that on the day of installation everything had been cancelled on a very lengthy telephone conversation I was told that it had been a computer glitch and it was their mistake however they were unable to rectify this on the day, on checking the reviews this is common and they do this to make you pay more than they stake to upgrade to fibre WiFi, as what they say is that all is in order and then you receive an email stating you have cancelled the order and to rectify this you have to pay extra each month, so in other words you pay twice as much as agreed. This is outrageous. DO NOT USE
