Dealing with customer services is like have someone inflict mental torture.
It’s quite an achievement to create a system this inept. I almost admire the time and effort it must have taken them.
Avoid at all costs for your own sanity. Unless you want to hear about living in the Philippines. Which sounds quite nice from chatting to the guys on the Technical support line.
