I can't believe this is real. I feel traumatised after spending more than 2 hours on the phone dealing with Talk Talk in regards to setting up a new broadband. So unprofessional, they just read all the text, they don't even listen what I say. English is really bad and hard to understand them.
After reading other reviews it is clearly that too many customers are left unhappy. How comes nobody regulates this and they're allowed to continue the business.
