Terrible recent experience, I lost about 20 hours of my life on live chats trying to cancel with them. The lie, they cheat and they go back on their word. Its all a total scam. Within one chat I had to ask repeatedly over 20 times (over 2 1/2 hours) for them to cancel my contract. And then, surprise surirse, it 'didn't work' on their computer! Imagine that as a face to face interaction at a customer services desk in a shop, it would never happen. I'm also suspicious about the 5* reviews on here, they are all worded similarly and always name the advisor. I can't believe that anyone has truly had a 5* experience with them.
I was told I would receive a bag in the post to return my equipment..still waiting 4 weeks later.
Please, please, please do not sign up with them. Particularly if you are a vulnerable customer / have communication needs, I cannot imagine how difficult/impossible this process would be for someone with additional needs.
