Rubbish customer service.
I cancelled my account with TalkTalk due to slow speeds. After cancelling my account, I paid the final bill, posted off their WIFI box back to them and a month later I got a FINAL DEMAND asking for £18.24 for a late payment recharge!
Almost impossible to understand what the person on the other end of the phone is saying.
AVOID!
