My internet speed is OK and usually reliable but the customer services (or complete lack of them) is appalling.
To get answers to anything other than FAQs I have to create a separate account on a public forum and ask fellow customers - how is that a service?
Just found a £5 charge for a speed boost on my account that I do not want and did not ask for - having it removed is proving so painful I am considering leaving and looking elsewhere.
