I was a new customer but my router wouldn't work. I spent 5 hours on the phone and in chat. In the end I told them to cancel, this was about a day after the router arrived. They told me not to cancel my direct debit and that my money would he refunded, I wish I'd cancelled now because they've stolen a month's payment out of my account and will not give it back. I am going to trading standards and also to the ombudsman about this. They just lie and steal from you . be warned
