Absolutely awful. Repeatedly not having engineers show up when we’ve stayed in all day. No one on the phone understands or know answers to questions. Takes 45 mins to get through then you get cut off. No one calls back.
I currently have no internet 12 days after moving house, no indication of whether we will ever get it, no one with any answers on the phone and a bunch of exposed wires in my hallway. So frustrated they brought me to tears as so much of our work this week is being jeopardised.
