Absolutely disgusting ridiculous customer service experience ended up cancelling the contract. Router never arrived 3 Days attempting to sort it out finally got to speak to someone who understood after telling them we were cancelling the contract....Unbelievable phoning on behalf of an elderly relative, poor thing had to verify that she was the account holder 5 times,she could barely breathe bless her. 4hrs on the phone achieved nothing.
