Absolutely disgraceful and useless broadband provider! I’ve been with them 2 months and have had nothing but internet issues been for at least 20 times, including a whole week! Im not say again but no internet and this is affecting my TV as I have a fire stick. You phone them up just read of a script and ask you to check wires and reboot which I’ve done numerous times! I’ve terminated and they now want to charge me £150 for breaching my contract!
