Customer service deserves its poor rating. We have had numerous calls and repeat the same information. Emails ask for the same information repeatedly and no body seems to understand the issue. TalkTalk replaced a TV recording box with one that does not record (twice) and say that they no longer supply this box for which we pay. This has not been resolved after 3 weeks. We received a call from a very busy call centre abroad and the combination of a foreign speaker and background noise made it impossible to hear. Anyway, cut off again so that ended that. No one rings back. There are 5* reviews out there so can one of those operators call us! I think these are for new customers only and from the sales team.
