Terrible customer service - have admitted they have continued to charge for an account that they agreed to close 2 years ago. Now won’t tell me when or how much they will refund. Initially gave an apology and promised a call from a manager within 24-48 hours but no call and now spent 40 minutes on the phone to establish they won’t tell me anything - refused my GDPR request and to raise the issue as a formal complaint.
