I am having terrible problems with this company. I am going round and round in circles trying to sort my problem out. I an get free legal advise from my union. I contacted talktalk to ask for a contact telephone number for their legal department and they claim that they havnt got one! My next step is to cancel my monthly direct debit and change provider. If they try to get money out of me for leaving my contract early then just watch this space!
