Rubish help. home phone not working phone help went on & on & on asking me questions I couldn't answer so gave up as they refused to help unless I did answer.
On line help made me open an account but the form was off the bottom of screen with NO scroll so I couldn't do that.
Finally got to chat who said sorry I can't help.
Years ago TT had an engineer here within half an hour with just a phone call, yes real person!
No Idea what to do - county court to sue for breach of contract?
Gone VERY downhill.
