Customer service is the worse than any other customer service ever ! I finally got my contract cancelled today after 2 hrs worth of being moved around. They said " sorry they are busy " wonder why ? I received a phone call from customer service saying I had to upgrade to fibre or my equipment would be obsolete in a couple of months. They booked an appointment with a engineer without my consent. I was at work. Rude messages from the engineer. Made another appointment for the 26th September, an email was went confirming this. I had to take off work a full day. Lost alot of money and they didn't even turn up. Spoke to the manager today he said my equipment would work up until 2027. Basically I had a day off work for something I didn't want or need ! Disgusting !
