Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay well, well away.
TalkTalk proceeded to cancel my account 20 days too early, leaving me without internet (I work from home). They tried to reactivate my account but then messed up again meaning I have had to spend 3 hours being transferred between customer service staff, who do not read the notes, and explain over and over again the position I'm in.
I will never use TalkTalk again, or recommend to anyone.
