Absolute dire service. My problem being broadband keeps dropping out, router goes red then has to restart. P. I have reported this time and time again, it’s painful. Speaking to support after answering security questions you get put through to someone else who has to ask you the same security questions to proceed with the same things they want you to do as you did the last time you called to report the fault.
Personally I will not be using them again.
