I have raised so many complaints since I renewed my contract this time and they have emailed me regularly to say a manager will call me back on a particular day at a particular time and the most recent was today but still nothing. I was promised a new tv box free of charge and they went back on it. I cannot record programs and my internet drops. What am I paying for. I have had problems with Talk Talk in the pas but they always resolved it but this is beyond ridiculous. I really believed Zack on Saturday when he said after I had been on the phone for 1hr. 22mins. that a manager would call me today. I got another reply from them today saying they will get a manager to contact me within the next 3 days but this is practically the same message they have been sending me for weeks, except they didn't give a precise time of day this time but of course they wont because they never do. They are the worst company I have ever come across - Hello Ms Gilbert, Thank you for replying back to us. I am sorry to hear that you have now received a call back from our complaint manager and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. I have forwarded your correspondence to the Manager who is looking after your complaint and a Manager will try to contact you by phone within 3 working days.
