For a vulnerable adult. Because I was not with the adult at the time they refused to enter into any conversation this is not a GDPR issue as I was not requesting information I was many imparting it completely inflexible clearly did not have the customers welfare at hand. I have interacted with lots of other bodies regarding older vulnerable parents and received really sensible and pragmatic help but not with torque talk
