I would give this company zero stars if I could. I have been trying to get on their lower ‘social tariff’ for months, as I am disabled, and they have been dishonest, obstructive and have just sent me an increased bill despite receiving all the evidence they asked for. I sent them paper copies which they denied receiving and photographic evidence, which they could not deny receiving and then was told that they would be in touch, but they have not and my bill this month is impossible to pay. I have spent many hours in correspondence with them and they really could not care less.
