Haven't even had the full fibre internet installation yet and already had problems with them
Booked a date through their booking system, then got a message from openreach stating a different date that I couldn't do. I had cancelled my current provider based on that initial installation date. Tried the talk talk customer service massaging chat. Completely useless, never answered a question with any conclusion or help, just saying book another date that openreach send me. Not the point when I have already booked the date with them. So told them I wish to cancel the order, they gave me the incorrect number to ring so had to look that up myself and now been told it will take 7 days to complete the cancellation, They set the direct debit up quick enough though. Shocking service really stressful
