£75 scam by TalkTalk to send a Qube GB engineer to a customer's home when a fault is reported. TalkTalk will have information about the fault as their website can access Openreach data. Customers are encouraged to use the website tools and the TalkTalk community to fix faults. Qube GB do not charge TalkTalk £75 for a visit.
I wonder how many customers are put off complaining because of this £75 charge?
