Upon joining, I submitted correctly to transfer my existing number, and an education was provided with confirmation that it had been would be processed. And it took three separate temps to actually do this, meaning I was paying for 2 contracts when I needed 1.
Once my number had been transferred, I found that telephone calls to the Mobile would not ring, going straight to voicemail. Then sending me a message telling me I had had a voicemail. This for work and personal calls was just a joke, and something that TalkHome had no interest in dealing with. In fact, this day, every attempt to raise a complaint has been ignored by them.
