I had a debt, a fine for early cancellation, which I paid 2 weeks ago. All the time after payment it shows me that it has not been paid. Talktalk will not allow me to renew the package again, nor will it allow me to take broadband from another provider. I am convinced that with such a non-serious attitude and transport was treated irresponsibly, so a lot of people would die. I am not in favor of the fact that the customer is always right.
Here the fact has already set in that a person no longer has the right to anything.
