We were talktalk customers 15 years ago and had a lot of problems with them that were only resolved with intervention at the highest level basically they chad a system that was targeted for the convenience of the business and not the customer.
Fifteen years later bt give us a broadband quote as an existing customer that is very high we hear the spiel from the company new owners, new CEO new business model and decide to give them second chance. With them a month three failures still no working internet. Comments from customer service include we have followed our system, couriers don’t work weekends, business is business. Same old attitude, same lack of service no change over 15 years. I guess you get what you pay bt an expensive working service, talktalk a cheap nonexistent service. Where does this kind of culture originate from?
