Throughout my contract with them, my internet was terrible with both speed and the connection; it would cut off at least once a day. My contract came to an end with them in March 2024 and I rang and told them that I would be terminating my services with them and moving to BT. Since then, I have been billed + "late fees" for 3 months of services, to which I've not even been using and because I have refused to pay it and have told them why, they have now forwarded "what I owe" onto a debt collector. 100% DO NOT RECCOMMEND USING!
