I ordered new connection two month ago.
First appointment no one came because of technical error. Had to reorder.
Second appointment someone came but could not connect me.
Last appointment on 22nd of May no-one turned up, no-one called me with any explanation.
I feel the there is something fundamentally broken in their processes. Since I had to book three days off and nothing happened within two month of my order placed.
Tried to raise a complaint through chat, told me system is down. Emailed, received reply chat to us. :))
Didn't expect much from utility company, but this is unbelievable.
