Just avoid them. Worst customer service. I was supposed to have my wifi connected to a property I own but is not being lived in yet, on May 13th. Because there was no line in the property the engineer left and said they would return and fix it. After that day and many time consuming telephone calls, because you are constantly being transferred to another team and because they have no idea of any history on your records you have to repeat yourself, I arranged 2 other engineer visits(not to mention the windows are 8am-13pm working days). The second engineer attended, repeated the same stuff and left doing nothing. The third engineer arrived outsude the 5 hour window. Promised to do a job elsewhere and then return to do mine. Never returned and never answered my phones and messages on the day. After that I wrote a complaint email to Talktalk explained all that had happenned and asked for cancellation and reimbursement. A couple days after after I had asked to cancel, the last engineer visited my property without prior arrangement and extended the telephone line to my door and texted me to come to open the door to complete installation. I asked them to remove what they had done because I am not willing to proceed with such an unreliable company. Up to this point they have not yet cancelled nor reimbursed me. I have spoken with the highly unproffessional customer care many times with no result saying they can't refund till they have worked for 30 days to fix the issues which is nonsense and unacceptable after all I have gone through.
