I have been using TalkTalk's internet service for just over two weeks, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite having the service for such a short time, I have already been without internet for two full days. This is unacceptable, especially since I work from home and have lost two days' worth of income as a result.The most infuriating part of this ordeal has been dealing with TalkTalk's customer service. It is nearly impossible to get through to a representative unless I pretend to be a new customer. When I do manage to speak with someone, I am often disconnected before the issue can be resolved. This constant cycle of calling, waiting, and being disconnected has left me feeling stuck and stressed.As it stands, my internet issues remain unresolved. The lack of support and poor service have made this experience a nightmare. Based on my experience, I would not recommend TalkTalk to anyone. If you rely on a stable internet connection for work or any other essential activities, look elsewhere.
