I called talk talk because, i had bad internet issues for devices as close as 4 meters from the router and i asked for a plan upgrade but apparent i am on the best plan, so as they cannot offer me the best service so i asked them to cancel my contract for which i have to pay 160£ cancellations fee for no mistake of mine, they tried to identify and fix the issue by asking me to buy a plug for 80£, again this has to be paid by me. then i ask if i can speak to the manager and the said yes and kept me waiting for 15 mins and then disconneted. this entire conversation went on for 2 hrs . that the amount of time i was there on the call with them with no solution till now
