Terrible customer service and website.
Payment wasn't taken out of bank so internet was cut off, tried numerous times to pay online but their website was timing out and it couldn't be refreshed.
Phoned customer service who's phone lines are terrible and couldn't even take a phone number after repeating it 6 times and after they said they'd ring back they never did.
Tried paying online and was finally successful, payment taken out of bank but still saying it was unpaid!
Utter shambles.
